Paying class 3 voluntary national insurance contributions (HMRC bank details)
Can Someone from HMRC please confirm thy have received my Payment Having spent several hours trying to find how to pay 1 year of class3 voluntary national insurance contributions. I finally contacted a person on tel no 03002003500. I was given an 18 digit national insurance reference number. Also the following HMRC bank details. sort code 08 32 20 account number 12001004 account name HMRC NIC Receipts. I logged on to my HSBC account and set up the new payee. HSBC recognised the account name as HMRC NIC deficiency payment. I processed this and payment was made. I am concerned that my payment may have gone to the wrong account, so I checked on GOV.UK website bank details copied sort code - 08 32 20 account number - 12001004 account name - HMRC NIC Receipts Checking on GOV.UK again I find HMRC’s bank details Sort code 08 32 20 Account number 12001004 Account name HMRC NICO
