Hi, we have 6 years NI for employers only (we have used Table A instead of Table M) for a number of employees. Can we do this in writing, rather than trying to prepare and submit FPS. Who do we write to so we can make a claim. Thanks.

a CIS question for mobile lodges. They are built offsite and then delivered to site and moved on to the plot of land. Their is some fixing to the ground, but it is mainly connecting utilities and then finishing off facias/finishing around the bottom and the land around. We have been told they could be caught under CIS, is this likely?

Hi, I am trying to confirm in the guidance where it states if an overseas employer with no UK presence (whatsoever) has to submit a P11D for benefits provided to the UK employees.
