You will declare this as self employment on your return in order to claim the trading allowance.
If foreign tax has been deducted, you will also show this as foreign income in order to claim tax relief for the tax.

Hi
Yes you can. you need to tailor your return at section 3 to show that you have foreign income and to claim foreign tax credit relief.
You also need to show the income under UK employment, with no PAYE ref, in order for this to show in the calculation.

If you are not have having a regular monthly payment then you will need to submit a claim each time you make a withdrawal.
