Hi HMRC admin so I have tried multiple times to create a new NI Number but they still give me the same one as my twin brother I have also told the NI helpline service this problem they keep telling me to apply for a new NI number and when I apply for a new NI number the system gives me my brother's NI number how do I sort this is out ?
