Hi, I am in a similar position to the above. Does my employer need a response from the CA3821 before i can apply for the CA3822? The online form implies that my company needs a presence in Spain in order to get the CA3821, is that the case? As with previous posts, they aren't sending me there it is my choice to go and they are willing for me to do so. Thanks
