RE: HMRC keeps sending correspondence to someone who doesn't live at my address
For 15 months I have been receiving HMRC mail for a previous occupant of the flat I live in. These are returned, annotated to say the person no longer lives here, and asking to stop mailing to my address. I phoned HMRC months ago to give details, but still the letters continue. 3 more letters this week! Are HMRC systems so inefficient they cannot address this simple issue?
