Hi, I am wondering if a product from a qualifying country under 'Developing Countries’ tariff preference', is further processed in the EU will it still qualify for the trade agreement when imported into UK?

We have a russian product that is exempt from sanctions applied 01/01/2023, however the additional duties are still being applied. Does anyone have experience of over-ride on CDS or using document code 9022?
