Hello, My question is relating to the address I provide when applying for an NI number, which the NI letter will be sent to. Can my address be a PO box or a commercial mail forwarding service address? Or does it have to be a physical/home address? Thank you. -

May I know if it is allowed to apply for an NI number using a PO box or a commercial mail forwarding service address? This is in the case of new immigrants without fixed address (e.g., staying in a hotel).
