    Hi, I have received a letter from HM Revenue & Customs stating that they did not receive my Self Assessment tax payment. How is it possible? I paid my first instalment on the 21st of January, and received a confirmation email by GOV.UK I tried to call HM but it was impossible to speak to someone. What Am I supposed to do? Thanks
