I am a British citizen living in Australia. My sister lives in the Uk. I would like to give her $100,000.00 from an Australian bank account, to her British bank account…not in a single payment, but as several payments over the course of a year. Is this subject to a tax implications? If this is possible, could you please refer me to the exact policy which permits this. Thank you
