Self-assessment paper form not received from HMRC (living abroad)
Hello, I live abroad and every year HMRC send me a paper form to fill in and send back to the UK via post. I have not received the form until September and then I moved to another country. I updated my address in my profile but still did not receive the paper form. The deadline for overseas and paper forms is 31 October so I have a month left. I tried to contact HMRC via the chat but it did not work. I live in Asia so calling HMRC is not an option. How can I get the paper form and also avoid getting penalised for sending it late as it was not posted to me on time? Thanks Kasia -
