I called about 3 weeks ago to ask for IHT400 pack to be sent to me. I have still not received it. I tried to call again today but no-one is answering the phone. I am just cut off. How else do I get IHT400 pack please??? It hurts my eyes to try and read on the PC. Thanks in advance for your advice.

I did call them but they could not help me! I was transferred to Probate queries, not helpful since they were already closed. What is the point of this forum??

My husband, now deceased, had a small SIPP which was performing badly so he moved it to a different provider less than 2 years before he died. No other changes were made. Does this constitute a 'change' as in YES or NO answer to question 8 in IHT205?
