It was not my main residence and the gain was £600, therefore under the £3k threshold for CGT. -
No CGT due on a house sale do I need to inform HMRC of the sale.
I recently sold a property and there is no CGT due, do I need to inform HMRC of this sale and also i am registered for self assesment therefore do I need to include that sale when I will make my self assesment return?
