I was told I could get NI credits by transferring my wifes HRP to me, but.....
Hi there, I'm really confused. I have 39 years of NI contributions but my last 9 years have gaps. I was told I could transfer my wifes HRP from 1980-2000 which I successfully did. However, nothing has happened to my gap years. Does the transferred HRP allow me to fill those gap years which are from 2014/15 to now? If not, what was the point of allowing the transfer?
