U1 not received
Hi, I filled in the U1 on the 27th of September 2023, in the HMRC app it says the form is completed but I haven't received anything via email or post. I am in pain now and I need the form to claim unemployment benefits. I have read that you need to tick the box to receive the U1 statement but in my customer copy, there is no such a thing I can check. Can you please advice? Thank you
