I have many missing years because I was not able to write a cheque, nor able to do a bank transfer and trying to find out how to pay with an international wire transfer was impossible. Now hoping to pay up for missing years but how do I do that with no UK bank account (long since dormant)? All the pages about living and working abroad make no reference to those of us with non-UK bank accounts.
