Hi,
A few months ago I set up a company with me as a single director, I ticked the box to state I would be trading immediately but I didn’t. The company has done no trading, no bank accounts, no employees, etc it is as it was since the day I registered it in companies house.
I wish to strike the company off - do I need to file any tax returns (nothing to report at all since 0 trading) or can I just proceed to apply to strike off and dissolve a company online?
