RE: Notifying HMRC of strike-off
Hi, I have just applied to strike off with companies house. The company has never been traded as was set up to explore that was not feasible. It was set up 13 months ago. Do I still need to send final statutory accounts and a Company Tax Return to HMRC please? Thank you.
