RE: Basic Paye Tools of error message says "The application encountered a problem during startup"
I got the same problem, today I encountered a problem after updating the HMRC Basic PAYE Tools on my computer. The error message says "The application encountered a problem during startup" so I can't enable PAYE Tools. I beg for help. Can anyone help?
