Hello! Im UK citizen and pays tax through PAYE but originally from the Philippines. I have my property being rented out there through Airbnb occasionally, meaning not consistently occupied, and earning minimally, income is less than £500 a month excluding bills and repairs/expenses. It can be rented out for a few months then can be unoccupied for the following one to two years, very random and irregular income. The money I receive do not come to my UK account but in a separate online account that does not incur interest. I use it as a pot where I can get money for service fees, utilities and repairs if any income had been made at all. Do I need to register for self-assessment at all? If no, when do I need to?
