  • CGT and Private residence relief scenario

Hi I own a property for past 7 years which I have lived in the entire time with my partner (not legally married and she is not on the deed/mortgage). The property was purchased at 270K, now estimated value 350K. There is a 180K mortgage left on the property. We are planning to remortgage as a buy to let adding my partner as well. Will I benefit from Private residence relief in this scenario or be liable for CGT if she is added to deed/BTL mortgage? Thanks
