  • RE: New State Pension NI qualifying years to get full pension

From: Ebrahim Sent: 10 October 2024 13:31:32 Subject: State pension Gaps and number of years Dear Sir/Madam, Individual started working and paying state pension from year 2011. Individual is born at 7th Sept 1969. Individual is planning to retire at the age of 67 (7th Sept 2036). Individual is offered to fill the gap for 7 years(2006-2007-2008-2009-2010-2011-2012-2013) Individual will fill the gap as suggested. Individual will have 32 qualifying years at the age of 67. Does the individual get full state pension on retirement? I hear that if collection of qualifying yeas is before 2016 then to get the full state pension (now is £221.20) 30 years of qualifying yeas and not 35. Will you please be able to clarify that for me please. Kind Regards Ebrahim Sent from my iPhone
