Verifying Age
We have an employee who says she has reached state retirement age. We asked for proof of ID and she provided a birth certificate in her maiden name (not the one we have on her record). We therefore asked for her marriage certificate but she said that she has been divorced for over 20 years now and no longer has it. How can we confirm her age so that we can move her to C national insurance?
