I have tried calling the International Pension telephone number +44 (0)191 218 7777. This is answered with a message about winter fule payments and then cuts the line. Is there an alternative number to call?

Is it too late to submit a CF38 form to request payment of missing NI contributions as any reply will be later than the deadline date of April 2025?

Will the delays at HMRC affect my request to pay voluntary contributions? I submitted my CF38 form, but the HMRC site states that the earliest my request will be dealt with falls after the May 2025 deadline for submitting a claim.
