As the real time system does not interact with the Self Assessment system, your confirmation of payment made will be from your own record as you should be able to find the payment on your bank statements. if not, you can telephone 0300 200 3310 for details.

Loss relief on deeply discounted securities was largely abolished on 27 March 2023, as explained at SAIM3080, please see link below.
There is an exception to this rule for government securities and there is also a special rule that relates to securities held before the above date.
