NETP or non-UK company?
What is the difference between the NETP and non-UK company? Context: I'd like to register a limited company based in EU for VAT purposes and was looking for guidance. I thought my company should be classified simply as "non-UK company", but this post (https://community.hmrc.gov.uk/customerforums/vat/1fe4fbbf-8d33-ef11-a81d-002248c7929e) got me thinking maybe NETP is the right choice? I don't really understand the distinction.
