Hi,- You would treat each as a S104 holding to get the cost.
- You will need separate pools for both.
- Yes, you need to attach a calculation to show how you arrived at your figures.

RE: Transfer of Swiss Pension
Hi,
Under article 18 of the double taxation treaty, tax on the pension is paid in the country you are resident. If this is therefore taken when you are in the UK then tax will be due here.

Hi,- That is correct.
- Under the UK-India Double Tax Convention, NRE account interest taxable in the UK can receive credit not exceeding 15% for Indian tax even if this has not been paid. UK tax relief not exceeding 15% is available for ten years from the opening date of the NRE account per Article 24(5) UK-India Double Tax Convention.
- Yes, you are both entitled to it.

Hi,
No, a gain would only be applicable when the property is actually sold. If you are to be the beneficial owner of the rental income only you need to specify that on the deed of trust.
