You wil treat this as self employment and class the income as your turnover.
As no foreign tax has been deducted, you do not need to show this on the foreign page.

As per the following guidance 240, the event has to occur whilst you are actually in the UK and it prevents you from leaving. If you meet this criteria, you would claim this on the resdience section of your tax return and provide details at the additional comments section:
