For further context this is the response I received from provider: "please contact the HMRC Support to check why the token associated to the VRN is failing to refresh"

Trying to access our business payment/liability records etc through MTD app - I have Authorised VRN. However when trying to verify or retrieve data I get the Error message that there is an error verifying and the error: EclSSPIError: The handle specified is invalid. I have contacted software provider who have advised that I need to contact HMRC help. Any ideas?
