I've now had an email to say submission successful but Basic Tools is still showing ON HOLD, not sure how to update this, will it be resolved soon? Has anyone else experienced this same issue - does your status still show ON HOLD?

I have now had email from HMRC to say submission has been successful but it hasn't updated the status on Basic Tools. Has anyone else had this email? Do you think Basic Tools will uodate? Can someone from HMRC confirm there was an issue and now resolved?

yes had the same issue, been trying since Thursday. Would be helpful if there is an issue with HMRC that they put this message on Basic Tools site to avoid the worry.

I would say definitely a HMRC issue as I have also been trying to submit since Thursday evening and also have the ON HOLD message and says Submission timed out. Please try again later. Which I have tried numerous times but nothing changes. Also no way of deleting/removing and trying again. It's stuck. HELP required please. HMRC can you please advise asap.
