Hello everyone, I contacted my future pension one month ago and confirmed that I can pay two gaps to complete my 10 qualified years for the next year. The only said that I have to call To HMRC but it is impossible to get through the phone lines and get a code. I live in the UK so not sure with category I have. How can I get that 18 code if I can't contact them? Could I get writing them by post? Or I can send them a cheque straight away? Many thanks

Dear All, I contacted my future pension one month ago and they suggested to call HMRC and pay two gaps in my forecast to have the 10 minimum qualified years required for my pension. However it has been an impossible mission to contact HMRC through different ways after a month. The phone line is always busy and most of the times I wait around 1,30 min only to be cutted off in the end. I tried though your chat adviser online but it always says that unfortunately there is not anyone available. Also, I tried to pay online though the app but it says that I should contact future pension center, something that already did. Please, could you give another way to contact you to get my 18 digits and be able to make the transfer? The only option left is ordinary mail?? An email? I would really appreciate any help as I'm really frustrated with that situation as the deadline is the 5th of April of 2025 Many thanks in advance
