  • Child benefits stolen

    I’ve had the same bank account for 10 years, yet in the last 6 months my bank details multiple times with whoever owns this new account receiving my child benefits instead. I’ve now had my child benefit account suspended until an investigation is complete. This could potentially take months which is putting me in financial hardship. Please can I have a contact detail for someone that can help, I’ve spoken to your cb lines and they can’t do anything but escalate it and hope it’s solved
  • NI number fraudulently used

    My NI number is being used by a very obvious fictional company. I have contacted your fraud line, your HMRC line, your NI line, UC, action fraud etc and no one will help, I’m just advised to ring someone else. I’m not the only one, I’m aware of hundreds this is happening to so there has clearly been a data breach somewhere. Could I please have contact details of someone high up that can take responsibility for looking into this issue.
