Hi there, did you receive a clear response? I have a similar issue - taxable income of £13,000 per year, but I owe £4,000 on Jan 31st and £1,300 on Jul 31st. This is despite paying £1,900 for my 2nd payment on account last year, which I thought was deducted from this years?
