Hello I sent my pension is due in December I submitted my CF83 in August, received a response from HMRC on 30 September saying they had passed my application to the International Pension Centre. After not gearing anything for 1 month I have contacted the IPC who tell me that it takes anywhere between 4 to 6 months to reply. 1. I enquired about their Levels of Service and Charter they told me there isn't one, is this correct for a government department? 2. If they do not respond before the April 25 deadline will I still be able to pay the 8 years I require? Thankyou
