  • Wrong Payslips Amount

    3 of my payslips had wrong amount which was submitted. Our Payroll Team have corrected the error and issues amended payslips however the amount on my HMRC account is still showing as the old one. Could you please advise how this can be updated. I have sent the new and old payslips together with cover letter but when I contacted HMRC they said that is not enough. Our Payroll team has contacted 03002003200 (as that was the number HMRC gave me when i spoke to them) however they are unable to assist. On our Payroll side the records are all fine and shows the correct amounts however somehow it is not synchronising. I have tried to call HMRC multiple times but cannot be even connected due to technical issue on the line (for the past 2 days). Much appreciated
