RE: Incorrect National Insurance Number (Customer Service Never Available)
Hello HMRC, I received my P800 letter for tax refund. It had my correct name, address and my previous job. However, it had a wrong NI number with the asterisks. I signed in online to claim it but because of the difference in the NI number, I couldn’t find it online. I’m not sure how the NI was incorrect on the paper. Please help and what can I do ?
