Good morning, if I rented my property on Airbnb to tourists during 2023-2024 until September 2023 (6 months) and then decided to rent it long-term to tenants, can I still consider the property a Furnished Holiday Letting? Thank you. Best regards -

Dear Sir/Madam, I have a question: if I have replaced broken items in my rented home, such as a shower basket, door chain, door knocker, drying rack, chandelier pendant, LED lights for the chandelier, halogen heater, dish soap, paint, and paintbrushes for repairs, can I deduct these expenses from my rental income?
