My record seems to be wrong
I left the UK in 2004. Between 1989 and 2004 I was employed full time and made the appropriate contributions through my employer. Some years after leaving the UK, I made a voluntary contribution for the prior 6 years, by sending money from my bank account (first direct). I never got any confirmation that this arrived. I just checked my record and EVERY YEAR since 1989 says it is not full. What is going on? I am in HK, have no access to any paperwork for that far back - but they have nothing for me? What do I do now?
