He lives in Italy and doesn’t speak any English. My question is can he claim for the years of pension he had in the UK without loosing his Italian pension or can he give this to a family member

I am enquiring about my grandfather who was born and lived in Italy. He came to the UK in the 70s, lived and worked for a number of years under a national insurance number. He never received any pension credits. I was wondering how I can claim this for him and if I do will his Italian pension stop as we do not want this to happen.
