Rental income and property allowance
Probably a rather daft question, so apologies in advance, but I receive my rental income on my rental property, from a management company who take their share out first. Is my rental income the total income received by the management company, or the total I receive from the management company (i.e. the rent - their fee). I am just trying to workout if I am eligibile to claim for the £1000 property allowance, or if I am claiming for the management fee expense Thanks ever so much
