  • RE: Corporate Tax Return Filing Due Date

The residential property that is being sold is owned by an overseas entity (which has been registered at UK Companies House). The only asset is the property. So, to clarify when would the CT on the gain be paid if the sale occurs during the accounting period ending 30/06/2025?
  • Chargeable gain / Corporation Tax

I have a company owned residential property which I'm hopefully selling soon. The tax year runs 1/7 to 30/6. I'll be submitting the 2024/2025 Corporation Tax return in late June 2026 and declare the chargeable gain made. Question- how long do I have to pay tax on this gain? Is it 9 months after June 2026? Thanks
  • RE: Corporate Tax Return Filing Due Date

Hi, I'll be filing my corporation tax return for 2023/2024 in June 2025. During the tax year 2024/2025 I'm expecting to make a gain as I'm selling a residential property and will have to pay CGT. If I file my corporation tax return for this in June 2025 when is the deadline for the CGT payment? Thanks
  • RE: Don't understand my state pension forecast

Hi, I have 39 full qualifying years regarding NI contributions. The HMRC online state pension forecast shows a full pension forecast of £221.20 per week when I'm 67 years old. How accurate are the online forecasts? Do they take account of contracting out history as I believe I had some years where I was contracted out? Many thanks.
