No, personal allowances, savings allowance or dividend allowance is given against capital gains. you are entitled to £6000 annual exempt amount for 23/24 and this reduces to £3000 on 06/04/24.
Anything above these amounts would be taxed at the appropriate capital gains rate:

Based on current guidance, there will be no capital gain for you if you have lived in the property for the whole period of ownership.
