Hello i really need help with my letter of confirmation of residence. I have applied through the email form on your website: https://www.tax.service.gov.uk/shortforms/form/PT_CertOfRes and i also received an email confirming that HMRC has received my request. This was more than one month ago, i haven't received anything nor got any call, please i urgently need an update. Thank you ! Valentina
