  • Pay Period Transition

    Good morning,
    Within our organisation we have two types of staff, Salaried and Casual.
    Our casual employees hours are paid a month in arrears and follow a 4,4,5 pattern.
    Salaried employees are paid current month.
    We are hoping to bring our casual employees pay more current which would break the 4,4,5 rule. It may be that the transition is over two months for example meaning pattern would follow a 4,5,5, for two months.
    Other than following the NMW rules is there anything we need to worry about legally??

  • P11d Stationary / Statement

    My employees are used to having there P11D on official stationary. Unfortunately our benefits are not payrolled. They are BUPA and Salary Sacrifice EV Vehicles and only relates to around 12 employees. I have entered the information on the Portal a few months ago. How do I go about getting a statement of the benefit "in there hand"? NOTE: The majority of those 12 fill in self assessment forms. Thanks in advance
