Good morning,
Within our organisation we have two types of staff, Salaried and Casual.
Our casual employees hours are paid a month in arrears and follow a 4,4,5 pattern.
Salaried employees are paid current month.
We are hoping to bring our casual employees pay more current which would break the 4,4,5 rule. It may be that the transition is over two months for example meaning pattern would follow a 4,5,5, for two months.
Other than following the NMW rules is there anything we need to worry about legally??
Thanks.

We cannot advise on contractual or legal matters you would perhaps be best speaking to ACAS re this.
Please seek advice from:
