RE: Inform HMRC to strike off the company
Hi, I have Ltd company which i registered in January 2024. I have not received UTR yet. Now I want to close my company so before closing what should I do ? Should I registered and setup hmrc online account, submit tax return and then apply for closing with companies house ? Even if I registered now online account will not allow me to submit final tax return because company accounting year not finished yet. I am confused please guide me. Thanks
