Hi there, I bought a flat in 2012 and lived in it until 2023. I tried to sell it in 2023, but had no offers, so decided to rent it out for 12 months, then try to sell again. It is currently for sale. 2 weeks ago, I bought another property which is my home. When the flat sells, will I be liable for CGT? Many thanks
