Tax on "tax free pension lump sum" when tax resident in EU country
Good day, I am a tax resident of an EU country namely Croatia, it is my permanent place of residency. I am a UK citizen. At the age of 55 I "would" be entitled to withdraw 25% of my work place pension tax free. As I am a tax resident of an EU country, will I still be able to withdraw the 25% entitlement tax free, or will it be subject to tax in Croatia? Croatia has a double taxation agreement with the UK. Many Thanks, Dave
