Import duty refund on returned goods
Hello. I have recently ordered a number of dresses from a company in the US. I ordered more than I needed for choice. When they arrived in the UK I was required to pay import duty. However none of the dresses fitted so I have returned them all. So my question is, Can I request a refund on these taxes now that they have been returned? If so, how do I do this? Thank you.
