Dividends: Other dividends vs foreign dividends
Hello, I am trying to fill out the online self assessment. Under the dividends section, there are 3 options: 1. Dividends from UK companies. 2. Other dividends. 3. Foreign dividends (up to £1,000) I am holding some stocks of a US company and I received a small amount of dividends in USD (under £500). Is this considered "other dividends" or "foreign dividends"? Also, how do I find out the "Tax taken off foreign dividends"? Thanks,
